主要研究方向及兴趣:
(1)环境生态学及入侵生态学,主要从事全球变化(如氮沉降、重金属、微塑料等农业污染物)背景下外来植物(杂草)入侵机制及防控与综合利用研究。重点从根系分泌、凋落物分解介导的次生代谢物输入角度阐明外来生物入侵的机制,为生物入侵的管理及防治提供理论指导及帮助。
(2)天然产物化学及生物活性物质分离分析、鉴定及资源化利用,主要利用光谱、色谱(HPLC、GC)、色谱质谱联用技术(HPLC-MS,GC-MS)及波谱学等方法分离、分析及鉴定天然产物活性物质,并阐明其生态功能(抗虫、抗病及本地植物化感抑制等),为其资源化利用提供理论及应用基础。基于入侵植物所具有的“化学武器”特性(化感作用),研发“入侵植物源”的环境友好型生防剂,用于农田杂草及病虫害的生态防控。
